Now for the fun part – styling this space.
First up, we paint. All the trim and balustrade we painted in Dulux Aquanamel – colour Casper White Quarter. The main walls we painted in Porters’ Paint – color Mist Grey.

Next up was that big blank wall. I knew I wanted to make a statement, which scared me but if there was ever a time to take a fun risk it was here. I landed on the World of Wallpaper – Crown Archives Woodland in Blue. It’s based on a design from the 1850s and I couldn’t love it more.

I added these flowers to the window box. A cheap amazon buy that added a coastal/country touch.
The black lights are Solar Garden Lights from Bunnings.

The brass hooks and plaque are from the one and only Coastal Vintage. If you haven’t already checked them out, you’re missing out. They ship worldwide and have the most beautiful global collection.

The rug is from Temple and Webster and has the most gorgeous feel underfoot. It was a bold choice but I love it.

And we’re done! Six weeks done and dusted. What do you think? Would you put a playhouse in your house? I’d love to hear from you.
